The World Wagyu Council (WWC) will hold its next Conference 13 – 14 October 2026 hosted by the Wagyu Society of South Africa. Provisional dates are set as 13th to 14th October in the beautiful Western Cape region with a packed programme of excursions, shows, farm visits and wine tastings anticipated as part of a wrap-around pre-and post tour. A first-class hotel situated just outside Stellenbosch will be our base for fine-dining, whale watching and trips to the mountains all around the theme of Wagyu.
